New Payment Processing/ Customer Information Portal 9/25/2021...
Stripe is our new secure payment processor.
Rhino Customers are now able to do the following:
1. Lookup all invoices and balances before making a payment.
2. Control Your Credit Card. ADD, Delete, Update, also add a credit card on file and allow Rhino to process it after every service. This Information is stored on
Stripe Secure Site. Rhino will store no information on their site.
In order for Rhino to be PCI compliant (to be able to process credit cards) you will need to create an account in order to make online payments you will no longer be able to just click a link and make your payment.
FIRST TIME LOGIN: After you click the Payment Portal Link below go directly to
Get Login Info Click Get Login Info you will then be asked for your email address if it matches the one Rhino has on file you will receive an email with your user name and a link for you to create/change your unique password. If your email doesn't match the one on file (Rhino may have Husbands or Wives or no email) then Text Wayne 407-468-0305 or email rhinowd40@gmail.com with your correct email and we will add it and get you access. Please add your name with your Text or email so Rhino knows who you are.
